After two decades leading operations and development for mission-driven organizations, I realized my greatest impact comes from working directly with founders, helping them bring order to complexity, build stronger systems, and scale with purpose.

Throughout my career, I’ve led operational transformations across global nonprofits, interfaith networks, and growth-focused organizations. From strategic planning and financial oversight to board governance and team alignment, I’ve seen firsthand how structure and clarity can unlock growth, not just for large enterprises, but for small and mid-sized teams with big ambitions.

That’s why I started Operate-Well, LLC to bring executive-level operational leadership to growing businesses that deserve more than advice; they deserve partnership. I work shoulder to shoulder with founders to build scalable systems, strengthen teams, and create momentum around what matters most.

Beyond client work, I support several non-profits through in-kind operational help, commitment to collaboration, leadership excellence, and giving back.
